Frame up restoration.
Typical restorations start from the frame up, nearly every bolt, moving part and or piece is removed and inspected, refurbished or replaced.
The frame of the dryer is sanded down and painted SUPERB red to restore it back to the “off the assembly line” look.
As seen in the photo, all dryers that leave our shop are outfitted with BROCK patened Moisture Equalizers.
Stainless Steel Components.
Its not just new paint and stickers.
The entire belly of the dryer is disassembled and all worn components are replaced. We offer Stainless Steel Metering Roll troughs on all of our rebuilds, something that was not avaliable from the factory.
The Metering rolls themselves are removed and all bearings are replaced, as well as the same process with the unload auger.
Industry Standard.
Every burner on these dryers are removed, Inspected, and pressure tested, all orafices drilled and new Stainless Steel burner baffles are installed and returned to industry spec.
We also Replace the thermocouple, ignitor and ignition transformer on all rebuilds.
